WHM Plenary Indulgence put the mitigation on a separate button

I appreciate the 10% mitigation added to WHM but a minor gripe I have is that it's on the same button as a pretty strong healing tool being Plenary Indulgence. I'd rather the 10% mitigation be on a separate button because mitigation and strong healing sometimes have separate cases where they need to be used.

Not sure if they had the resources. Last time they added a skill mid-expac was Dismantle I think, and that was an old button.

I do agree it's not exactly the best button to have it on, we get less time to use it for the heal boost since it needs to be preapplied before the damage

I sure would've preferred StoneskinII, ideally as a lily spender GCD.
