was trying to reply to bug ticket 26669937 and the ingame system failed to send infinitely.
This bug caused me to take a break for a year hoping it would be fixed because it is that disgusting and creepy to have every single character i look with this problem. ingame, cutscenes, gpose, youtube, anybody's client since dawntrail's graphic overhaul update broke the code for pupils.
I think the female hrothgar were immune to this bug, but dont care about them. 99%+ of the game's population is impacted by this and its infuriating how i have needed to spend 34+ hours sending tickets only for nothing to happen after an entire year.

Steps taken to produce bug:
1. bug is omnipresent. no input needed to produce.
2. steps can be taken to increase the noticability of the bug.
3. place your character behind the face of a character you want to look at closely
4. the character you are looking at's pupils are now pointing in a direction based on your own character, stretching to sides unnaturally

suspect the cause is in the code for pupil bone hierarchy. the pupil is basing its position off the current player's controlled character, rather than the rest of the eye.
I am willing to stream the problem on discord if you really need that level of handholding to correct a bug that shouldnt have been capable of getting out of pre alpha phase.
