    cannot unlock scrip exchange dawntrail

    Please help. I've googled to no avail.

    I've completed the MSQ, I have all 3 DoL jobs at 100, and completed all delivery quests for each. I have 2 DoH jobs that have also completed all delivery quests in Tul. I have no available quests to accept in Tul or Sol 9. Both Scrip Exchange NPCs in Tul and Sol 9 tell me to come back and will not allow me to spend my purple scrips. I've been capped for weeks and have no way of spending scrips on Dawntrail content.

    Every guide online says to complete MSQ and talk to Rhodina, but she gives me no quests.

    Nothing should be this difficult.

    Did you unlock the Endwalker scrip exchange (and all the expansions before that)?

    You are the best. Apparently, I was missing a single quest in Kugane. Not sure how I was able to turn in scrips for Shadowbringers or Endwalker, but that did the trick. Thank you so much.
