    A friend of mine isn't receiving a recovery e-mail.

    He had his e-mail hacked recently, which caused abnormal behavior and got his Square Enix account restricted. When trying to recover, he was supposed to get a recovery e-mail sent to his mailbox, but it never arrives. He's currently unable to access his account, which is why I'm asking in his stead.
