    Deep Dungeon Save not working!

This is the third time I've tried to complete a Deep Dungeon, the servers get DDoSed only to log back in and see that I have a KO and now have to start all over again! When are you going to except this isn't going to go away and do something about it!

    - Platform: PC
    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect: 900002
    - Type of connection: Wired
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any): just FFXIV
    - Frequency at which error occurs: 4-8 times a day
    - Does this only happen to one character or all characters?: everyone!

Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We apologize for the trouble and inconvenience you have been experiencing with Final Fantasy XIV.

Please note, should all players log back in within the 10 minute window, it will not be counted as a wipe. However, it will be counted if you are KO'd in the short while your character remains after disconnecting.
    * It will also be counted as a wipe if all other party members disconnect while one or more members are KO'd.

In regards to the DDoS, we would like to make aware of recent announcements made on the Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone website regarding DDoS attacks. You may follow this link for the most recent announcement: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...a1fe19247b0a03

We understand how frustrating these issues are and we deeply apologize for the negative impact it has caused for the game. We will be sure to forward this information as feedback to the appropriate parties and we thank you for your patience while the team investigates the issue further for a resolution.

With this being said, this thread will be moved to 'Closed Concerns'. We once again apologize for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience.
