Full screen or windowed? what error message do you get when it crashes?

the game does not have good multi-monitor support. you may have to suffer and use only one screen.

I have a dual monitor setup and run in windowed mode. If my second screen loses power, changes resolution, or resets any settings and 'blinks' then the game crashes due to the directx error.

and tried in full screen window and, in the final fantasy xiv 2 says stopped working. in other games no have problems i see you one video of mi pc

You can also try using steam to window the game. I'm not sure why it's crashing.

I would guess it's just having trouble loading at such a high width. I doubt the developers accounted for this resolution.

can you run with only two monitors? there may be a maximum resolution you are exceeding.
