Ideas for new character customization options!

I would love to be able to choose some cute little Elezen ears and be like Hilda! ever since I saw her I wanted to be able to make one similar.


I also want better shape and more makeup and face options and better hair options removing fringe to some of the styles would be nice.

Freckles separate from face paint. Or maybe two layers of facepaint?

Bring back a lot of the features lost with the graphic update as options.

Take all the tattoos (and body paints) that exist as part of armors, add them as options on the character.

My absolute top on the wishlist would be facial sliders and new face presets. Something like what Gw2 has, where I could edit the shape, size, rotation, debt and distance of each feature to make my character more unique and enjoyable to me, without making the character creation too complicated or allowing people to create the aforementioned "monstrosities".

Body sliders would be next on the list, though I can survive without them, if I could have them, I would want them. Though I'm actually kinda surprised that body sliders seem to be more a more wished upon compared to face sliders or face options when looking at the different discussions, not that they wouldn't be nice to have (though I will riot if we get body sliders before face sliders.)

My last would be adjusting and selecting animations. Despite the popular opinion, I love the hyur princess run and would love to have it on my other characters but the Auras walking animation looks better so I would give that to my hyur. I also love lot of the Viera animations and would love to use them on my hyur along with highlander dance animation. So yea overall, allowing us to pick and choose different animations for different emotes for our characters would be superb.

I’d love to be able to choose my emote animations. I’d never give up my Seeker slit pupils and cat ears, but I would like to have some different animations for emotes such as /joy.

Things I'd like to see...

-Body sliders/selection, basic stuff that this game has been missing for way too long, let me add/remove girth from my characters please.

-More/better skin options, especially for the rest of the body not just the face, freckles, scars, flush etc.

-More aged and rugged faces, especially for fem characters (why is this option gender locked! just let me play as an old woman!)

-More/better beard options, I'm still baffled about them adding a whole new head to masc midlander that is an exact copy of another head just to add stubble to it.

-Decoupling au'ra horns from the faces, this is an old ask and also a no-brainer addition, I'm sure plenty out there pick a face while longingly looking at another's horns and vice versa.

-Decoupling Hrothgar hair highlights from their fur patterns, either a half separation (separate toggles but shared color) or a full separation (toggle and color is not shared at all) and honestly...

-More race/clan specific toggles and options! examples being things like not having the xaela's dark sclera and raen's blue tongue be gender locked (add toggles to both genders) as well as fang toggle for miqo'te (why would seekers not have fangs??? why does keepers have fangs???)

I'm sure there is more but these are the first things i can think of, I do like the sound of letting hyur have access to Hilda's pointed ears, half race options would be interesting to see.
