So you'd take significantly less rewards like said roulette tables? That would be perfectly fine. Remove 3 duties from the que, reduce rewards by half.

You seem adamant about making people NOT want to run roulettes by making it as miserable a process as possible for some reason. Someone removing Crystal Tower (that's 3 after all) shouldn't be punished for wanting to do the others instead when that's still over a dozen other alliance raids they could be helping to fill, including PITA ones like Ivalice and Nier.

But then I see you're on Aether and play healer, so of course you don't care if a bunch of people stop queuing up/get denied rewards because you'll never be negatively affected anyway. Typical.
