English European Server - looking for new home

I am a returning player - last palyed mid 2023. I am on Shiva and every Chat is in german. I would love to transfer to another Home where I mainly find a english speaking community. I read that Moogle is mostly french. Which server should I pick or where could I read up to make a decision. Ifik it will cost me 10€, right?

You can temporarily visit other World Servers by clicking the aetheryte and Limsa Lominsa, Ul'dah or Gridania. Just click "Visit Another World Server" to do this. Using this method, you can evaluate each server. I do believe it is mainly Shiva and most of the other worlds on the Light data center tend to have conversations in English.

You can evaluate this quickly if you accept "Returner" status and observe the conversations in the Novice Network. If over the entire day they are mostly in another language then it's obviously not the right server.

You can also travel to the Chaos data center temporarily by logging out to the character selection screen and visiting another data center.

I say temporary, because it will return you if you take a break from the game for a month or so, or during some maintenances. There are restrictions when it's not a paid transfer, but it doesn't affect most things like quests, dungeons, raids or buying from the market board.

As an example, I'm on Twintania: Chat is in English only.

Once in a blue moon I see some German entries and only once some months ago, I saw a French Entry (I speak all 3 languages, so I recognize them). But not more than that.
