Remove Rescue from the game.

I have seen before were healer falls over the edge and before they go over, they use rescue on the tank so they both fall off the edge. They really need to remove it or add option to reject it. Have seen it used with ill intention a lot of times.

Why remove the entire ability when you can just make it so it doesn't pull people into pits? Other games with like abilities have done it.
