Remove Rescue from the game.

I do agree it would be more useful if the response time on it was faster. There are definitely a good 33% of cases where I'm like "too late to use it, won't work if I do". Same with using damage reduction abilities on someone to save them.

This is my issue with it. Rescue is just so slow. A shield and a prayer are faster.

In general, I've rarely had people use it on me wrongly. If they do, I eat the 30 minutes and let them wait for a tank to backfill. That's what their impatience earns them.
