Mute and Blacklist functions need to work in Crystalline Conflict

I had a player spamming "Everyone, attack!", "Push the crystal!", "Fall back and regroup!" literally like 5-10 times in a row on repeat throughout the entire match. I counted and they used 40 different CC chats, spamming the same couple message over and over. This is really distracting and annoying when each of these makes a loud high pitched sound. Muting or blacklisting the player does nothing, the sound continues and the text remains. Please fix this oversight.
