Age of War
Another boost in favor of Vulkan over DX12 and its cohort. If FFXIV wants to stick around, and it clearly does, it will eventually need to move off the current API. DX11 was made for Windows 7 and DX12 has already been around for some time. I've had significantly better experiences with Vulkan over Direct3D 11 and 12, especially as someone who does not have and cannot afford the highest-end hardware.
