UI (hotbar) QoL request

I'm writing this blog to ask if whether in the upcoming or near future patches we can see some more QoL being deployed for UI/HUD layout, especially for hotbars. My request is if a click-through feature/function can be added to hotbars please. The reason for my request, is I believe it can enhance the gameplay for players within the FFXIV community because players can then prevent accidental clicking when moving their camera angle when using their mouse. It also can help players/users track their cooldowns better for their actions without having to layer another empty hotbar on top. This way it can potentially free up any existing hotbars for users/players to add other shortcuts or actions into them.

I'll be looking forward to see whether this QoL can be implemented in the future, and I hope this suggestion/request is not too much.
