Crafting Materials, Food, Medicine, and Manual Loss Due to Server Connectivity Issues

Here's the list of every item lost in my craft due to the most recent disconnect.

It is very difficult to reliably do anything in the game in its current state. Ever since the release of Patch 7.4, server errors are encountered roughly every two hours.

I attempt to craft gear, potions, and food for my savage team... disconnect.
I try to run the new EX trial... disconnect.
I try to run a deep dungeon... disconnect.
Roulettes... disconnect.
Solo duty in the most recent MSQ quests... disconnect.

The game is unplayable in the current state, with multiple mass disconnects EVERY DAY.
My friends and static members are at a loss.

This isn't normal. No other MMO player base has to deal with this. None. There is simply no excuse for the frequency with which this occurs on the Aether data center.

Here are some possible solutions to fix this issue:
1) Require all login requests to enter through a login gateway
2) Issue temporary authentication secrets/2FA to users through this login gateway
3) Deny access game servers without a valid auth secret/2FA
4) Lock the free trial behind a verified phone number

Plus the opportunity cost of 10mins gathering while Volcanic Grass is available.

The broad server instability in this game continues to be unacceptable. I pay for this service. It cannot be this consistently unreliable.
