Maybe 8.0 they will make tenactiy scale as good as determination and make determination a nontank stat. After all, its clear from dawntrail they want it to be valuable and actually used instead of every tank just going for the usual crit/det/dhit. Like the most unique secondary stat on a tank is skillspeed and thats more do to gunbreaker.
