400,000 people unsubscribed compared to 6.4 and 6.5 and they don't even really mention it or seem bothered by it.
At this point I wonder if there is an ongoing legal investigation and they can't say anything right now
If the world race is affected. The outcry will reach youtube and streamers and then maybe SE will listen

Part of me wonders if anyone has even informed Yoshi PR and he will have to discover it on his own like with the rmt ad spam situation. I mean SE does seem disorganized to a crazy degree, so it wouldn't shock me if he would be surprised by it if he ever gets a 90k during one of his rare NA server visits. But at the same time even if he does experience it himself, they will likely just give us a bandaid solution, just like the rmt thing.
I seriously doubt making a stink on social media will move the needle on this. Look at the G'raha VO situation - thanks to socmed there's been like 5 gaming tabloids that have put out articles and Bailey's team is declining all FFXIV related questions and still silence from squenix, even though that's infinitely easier to address and solve. People have been making a stink about DDoS since 6.x, they don't take socmed posts as representative of the community (which, let's be honest, is a good thing, some folks do not know how to behave). I don't think anything less than serious discussion at fanfest and from respected community members AND mainstream gaming discussion will make anything happen, squenix is scared of losing face again most of all.

Choosing to do nothing is still a choice
Dont forget to put in tech tickets for the issue. I've deranking in ranked cc too many times cause of this crap. https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...p?id=5382&la=1
