Premades should get a potency reduction per player in frontlines

Meant to post this ages back but kept forgetting.

Premades make Frontlines unfair. In every premade party of up to 4, there should be a potency penalty across members, 8% for a duo, 14% for a trio, 18% for a quad perhaps seems right.

edit: the potency reduction only applies to the people within the premade, not the rest of the 8-person party.
