Step 2: Get online and queue into a duty and duty in progress is checked.
Step 3: Get queued into a duty in progress with half a team still DCed from DDoS.
Step 4: You are now trapped in the duty which hasn't been up for 15 minutes, so can't vote abandon, and if you are the 1st person to leave you can't queue again for 30 minutes.
