    Known Issues and Access Restrictions for the Occult Crescent: South Horn (Dec. 16)

    We have confirmed a critical bug in the Occult Crescent: South Horn that allowed players to repeatedly obtain items from the treasure coffer on the field. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we have restricted access to the Occult Crescent: South Horn.

    Currently, attempting to speak to the NPC to enter will cause an error to be displayed preventing access. We kindly ask for players already in this duty to refrain from exploiting this bug.

    We are prioritizing investigating and resolving this issue and the duty will be made available again once the issue has been resolved. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime. Additional information will be provided as the situation develops.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Regarding the critical bug in the Occult Crescent: South Horn that allowed players to repeatedly obtain items from the treasure coffer on the field, we have addressed the issue during the emergency maintenance conducted to the instanced servers on Dec. 17, 2025 12:00 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. (PST).

    In addition, we have simultaneously lifted the lockdown.
