PlayStation 5 Wired Mouse & Touchpad Delay

Date & Time: Ongoing since the release of the PS5 version.
Frequency: Constant when using any form of mouse
    World name: Zodiark
    Character: Cat Gun
    Retainer name: N/A
    NPC name: N/A
    Monster name: N/A
    Class/Level: N/A
    Party or solo: N/A
    In-game time: N/A
Area and coordinates: Everywhere from log-in to in-game
    Housing: N/A

    Steps:

    Wired Mouse:

    1. Wired mouse plugged into USB port on console
    2. Moving the mouse shows a clear input delay when compared to using the mouse on PS4 version

    DualSense Touchpad:

    1. Dualsense controller connected
    2. Moving the cursor with touchpad shows the same input delay

    Additional Information:

The only solution so far has been to play on the PS4 version of the game which has its own issues. There is no delay on the PS4 version unless you activate "Enable expanded mouse functionality" which introduces the same issue as the PS5 version, leading me to believe this function may be on by default on the PS5 version. Giving us a choice to disable it may be the fix.

These devices all were tested on the PS4 version and PC version and had no delay. The issue is entirely within the PS5 version.
