We apologize for any inconvenience experienced when trying to play Final Fantasy XIV. Upon reviewing the DXDIAG report submitted, we have located the following:

- System Requirements: Please note that Windows 10 is no longer supported, as Windows 11 64 bit is required for both Minimum and Recommended System Requirements.
- CPU: It would appear that the Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 does not meet the Minimum System Requirement.
- Graphics Card: Please note, while the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 meets the minimum requirement, we would suggest adjusting the graphical settings in-game and ensuring that your Graphics Card is fully up to date. In addition, it would appear that there is an integrated graphics card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600, please ensure that this Graphics Card is disabled as FINAL FANTASY XIV does not support integrated graphics cards.
