A popup telling me to do the content or "too bad" is in no way an improvement.
Of course, it wouldn't effect you so it's "Fair" and "For the best".

The game isn't being made just for you, you know? Them implementing something like this literally wouldn't force you to do anything (unlike them making CT mandatory), i don't understand what the problem is?
So why do your preferred relationship dynamics(Established affinity) with NPCs -effect my MSQ, where I don't know who the devil they are- matter more than just aiming to keep the raid nonny self-contained?
To me, self-contained stories and NPCs seems significantly more ideal. With the nods and winks for those in the know, of course. I love those adaptive little moments. <3

Except those moments don't happen. We've known Unukalhai since 3.0 and Cylva/Cyella since 5.0, their ShB story ended with them deciding to work together to restore their home, and their involvement in the actual storyline that started the restoration of their home and accelerated the restoration of their current residence was a handful of lines from them and Beq-Lugg that would you would only know about if you hunted them down in the Crystarium. So why do your preferred relationship dynamics(Established affinity) with NPCs -effect my MSQ, where I don't know who the devil they are- matter more than just aiming to keep the raid nonny self-contained?

I actually felt that was a fair and kind acknowledgement considering all the prerequisites. ;v;Except those moments don't happen. (Not saying they couldn't have done a little more side content for them mind, of course that's better! 8U)

But then there is the issue that if they devs do take us back to the 13th and they're just not included in anything, it'll feel bizarre and like a plot hole to players that did complete all those bits.
Why would they not be allowed further adventures in their own optional sidequests?... They're still alive and have goals and things are still in progress. Something to hope the devs prioritise when the time comes!
