PS4 Pro, Game Crashing Randomly

About a week ago my game started to crash (again ) and go black screen on my PS4 Pro—as if my console entered rest mode. This already happened before earlier this year (February to April) when an update happened and somehow it makes the game crash—specifically for PS4 Pro consoles.

My console isn't overheating, had it cleaned, and replaced the thermal paste as well. There weren't any other issues as both my console system and the game system are up to date. Game file/application isn't corrupted but uninstalled/installed it again just in case. And there is more than half the memory still available in the hard drive.

Now I'm not sure if an update happened or an ongoing maintenance (not counting the upcoming patch) is happening but—it's happening again. 20-30 minutes or so into the game, sometimes I'm just in the world map, or even teleporting then the game would suddenly crash. Worst one yet for me was when I was inside a duty and then the game crashed.

Am I the only one experiencing this? ( T ^ T )



P.S. I forgot to add that when I'm playing a different game like P3Reload, NieR, or any other graphics-heavy game—my console runs just fine.
