I generally like the idea, but I'm afraid of how it'd end up in practice... if all classes have access to all elements and it's just a matter of turning your wheel around, nothing much would change besides a new piece of HUD on our already cluttered screens. If some classes have some elements, we'll be going back to the blunt/piercing/slashing era where some jobs are automatically out of the equation because SE decided to make them worse. If some skills had certain elemental conductivity, while really fun this would mean you potentially have to learn up to 5 (or more, if there are more elements) different rotations to maximize your elemental output. This could be really fun for a singleplayer game, that's for sure.


The idea is good, I just fear I don't see a way to implement it in which we don't get severe balancing issues, is too convoluted for too little gain or worse, nothing changes.
