Concern about the new Variant dungeon

Imagine running content only because of the carrot.

I mean, for a lot of content the carrot is the only appealing thing about it and it would be dead content otherwise, and even that's often not enough. See for example the countless people who refuse to engage with high-end PVE, or PVP in general, because no amount of shiny trinkets will make them play it.
