Same here. I have no interest in having more space for my medium, I want more item density.

Compensate them nicely, but they've got to free up the plots.

If youre ok with someone else being stripped of their plot, you should be fine and willing to have your own plot stripped from you regardless of the rules at the time because "times changed"
I agree with Solowing here. Even though I don't have any grandfathered plots, I wouldn't want to lose my house due to a sudden change in rules that would prevent me from keeping my plot. Sure, no buying any new ones, that's fine, but no amount of compensation would make up for my personal plot even if they added instanced housing for all.

There aren't as many grandfathered plots as we think and many have been already cleared out in the last mass-demo, so now a lot of veterans who used to have grandfathered houses no longer have this and may not even have a house at all anymore. Barring cases where someone takes up an entire ward for themselves, someone who maintains two houses they managed to get years ago at this point won't fix any issues for the greater community.

We should be more worried about RMT shell FCs taking up wards upon wards more than a random veteran with a couple of houses to his name...
