Cant open launcher from setup exe

Hello,

Everytime I try to run the setup .exe, I only get as far as choosing the language before it completely shuts down with this pop up:

An error has occured. (-80)

I cannot find anything anywhere on this, and there is NO further description of the error at all on the pop up.

Please provide:
- Platform: Standalone Windows or Steam?
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?

In addition, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.

Did you try running it as admin (rightclick file - run as admin). Do you have any antivirus beside Windows Defender installed? Unininstall it.
