Did they potentially replace Krile and G'raha Tia's english voice actors?

The latest 7.4 trailer appears to be narrated by Krile. However, it doesn't sound like Gemma Lawrence to me. Additionally, the Japanese version of the trailer has G'raha voicing a line but the English trailer is silent but his mouth moves like they either removed the line or haven't recorded it yet.

Does anyone have any information on the status of the English voice acting cast?

Most of the acting sounds like Shale (but likely isn't them due to what they say), an old voice which I assume may be Krile's actual grandparents, and Krile themselves which sounds like Krile's usual voice to me.
