Suggestions to change (again)

• Why not instance the Housting System and remove the whole plot-system
• Why do we get "punishment" when abandoning a premade-group in dungeons?
• Why is there no "Skill-Cooldown-Reset"-Button at training places or Explorer mode? Why do I need to rejoin blatantly for CD reset?
• Why not remove the hard-cap of tomestones earlier? It gets boring content done. Jobs done.
• Why not make either an option if everybody has seen the cut scene of MSQ, lets skip it or make a vote-system which requires 4/4 yes to skip?
• Why do I need to be in an Inn to access glamour-dresser, why isn't it possible in your own apartment?

I know it has been discus many times before but, well!

As much as I appreciate the coming changes regarding gender-less glams, I would love to see actual "in-need" adjustments rather than glamour-updates or new AAC-Tiers.

They don't invest any development resources into anything except the next patch. They are currently working on 7.4, 7.5 and 8.0. They don't have approval to work on anything else and that includes spending a few hours adding an if check to see if anyone is new before forcing cutscenes. The only exceptions are the Graphics Update (which they seem to have silently abandoned), the revamp of a sidequest dungeon, and 5 QoL improvements out of the pool of thousands similar to the ones you brought up.

There seems to be no understanding of how not working more on the past systems is contributing to bleeding players.

I remember reading somewhere that they ran into an issue in testing where moving the glam dresser while it was in use would cause the whole server to crash.

This one in particular, is because if you had 3 vets and a newbob, SE assumes that the vets would bully the newbob into skipping, and if the newbob literally cannot (the game doesn't let them because it's new to them) that the vets would kick the newbob from the party, hoping to replace them with someone who is able to skip the cutscenes. Whether that would actually happen, is up for debate, but it's an issue SE perceives as being 'a possible outcome' and so that's their rationale behind it being the way it is

Also, the reason the MSQ roulette has so much payout in terms of XP and Tomes, is because the cutscenes are not skippable. If they were skippable to the extent you're asking for, the reward would be decreased to match the new 'average clear speed', and it'd become 'not worth it', as was the case in the past

If you're on about some other MSQ cutscene that isn't 'the MSQ roulette', I have no idea which you're referring to, and you might need to clarify which one cos none come to mind
