Weird lag/hitching in-game this past week?

I haven't noticed hitching but I've certainly noticed my ping go up immensely for seemingly no reason.

I play at 230 ping on a usual day and recently have been sitting at 290 or above for the last week or so, it's insufferable. I can't just go to OCE because I sleep at pvp high time and I'm trying to grind out my series rank before the next patch on two characters.

Edit: Further update to this. Log in this morning to suddenly find I'm sitting at 150 ping, but have slight hitches in pvp. I have NO CLUE what's going on anymore.
