Hi!
I know this is bit old stuff now, but bear with me.
As you may or may not remember, one of the very nice quality of life changes in Dawntrail was making stat boost potions (gemdraughts, tinctures) queueable.
This of course is a good change, makes raiding and other combat encounters much smoother.

However, there are other consumables where it would make sense to make them queueable and others that it really does not.

Lets look at healing potions and regen potions from deep dungeon or eureka - they are used in combat and are weaved between gcd actions.
It would make sense for them to be queable, because you use them a lot and often your life depends on it. Personally had a situation on f180 of PotD where i died because sustaining potion did not get used, despite mashing the button in 4 possible windows between gcds.

On the other side, there are food items - long buff that you can stack up to 1 hour, that you use in downtime between encounters, or even before entering the duty. They have a longer animation, making you clip gcd if you try to weave a food item between actions, and because of that it doesnt really make sense to have them queued. Also queueability of food items can make you use too many and therefore waste your gil.

So tell me, why did devs make food items queuable, but not healing/regen potions?
It seems like such a bad decision to me
