In Denmark we get 25 to 30 days paid vacation... excluding National Holidays.... I think 45 days is fine as it is.

It is the same ammount of days in norway, give or take + - 1

If most places offer 30 days or less for vacation. I think 45 days is reasonable for a video game vacation.
