In ESO, for example, personality changes how idle behavior, running style, how some emotes play out. Like the Angry personality makes you character not only showing an angry face all the time but it also makes you, for no good reason randomly family-friendly curse. While the jester personality makes you walk like a clown and run in really comedic way.

Agree with that.
The dwarves in Shb with the buildings only Lalas could enter was a good example.
I really don't know why they did away with that.

Lalafell can also enter one of the pelupelu houses.

Job idle stances i'd love to see unlocked between genders - there are certain stances i'd love to use as a female character bc they are either just cooler or are taken directly from other ff games and i'd love to use that instead.

For racial/generic emotes i'd love to keep the core as is but instead i'd prefer that certain emotes get more options that would match certain characteristics - ie emotes could have their 'edgy' versions that are more cold/stoic other could have a cutesy version etc. outside of the basic emotes non are different between the races anyways so these could have options..

You can do that in Warframe, in Phantasy Star Online 2 and in Where Winds Meet.
Therefore, if they can do I have faith our devs can do that too
