Can't you install the launcher as a non-steam game from desktop mode? and then add it as a non-steam game when you go back to gaming mode? Or do a game file transfer over LAN?So I bought the game to be able to play on the Steam Deck and then I find out that I have to start a brand new account in order to use it.
Not gonna lie that's straight up trash that you can't add the CD key from Steam onto your account if you already have a Windows version attached. Went through customer support and was pretty much told that there's nothing I can do.
Came back since 7.1 to see what there was and honestly with this issue and going through the MSQ the game doesn't even seem worth it to continue playing. I absolutely hate the way how they have the cutscenes structured in it. From talking to one person to start a cutscene then being forced into another one by talking to another person instead of having a continuous flow it just seems to break the game for me.
Not to mention that the quests aren't even fun it's literally just going from one spot to another. No fighting just talking I feel like I'm playing a visual novel instead of a game.
So yeah I'm not sure if I'm quitting completely or not but continuing at the moment just doesn't feel worth it at all.
Sorry for the complaining post but it's just aggrevating that I spent money on something that I can't even enjoy.
Also since it's an online game that's purchased there's no refund option so yeah.
