In addition, you can still use your 3 training sessions per day to get more experience as well.......Beyond this, it is possible you would benefit from re-balancing your base squad 400/400.

Yes, for me, as is now, if I increase one attribute, it decreases the 2 others. So it's only balancing for now.

While i was leveling my squadron i farmed in chemistries to boost their stats, now that i have my levels and ranks i have eliminated all of those chemistries and replaced them with chemistries that give me rewards instead.
Yes, I do that too.

And one final thing. Please dont be offended if this feels like an insulting tip. But have you recruited a full 8 members and are you looking at all of them when comparing stats to mission requirements?

Thanks a lot for your post. To be honest, for now, I'm still leveling up my main toon (stalling at Endwalker that I don't enjoy much) and an alt who is big fun, so that squadron doesn't have a high priority. I will keep sending it on missions and between 2 missions on training courses, and take it easy.
