I figured that's what we were all talking about, the daily bonus. It was always good for EXP, along with Trials roulette. But we are talking specifically about the daily bonus. Not including the daily bonus, roulettes are not very good in general.
MSQ roulette was alright but only became as good as it is now when they forced us to watch cutscenes, and there was a time when alliance roulette didn't exist, but both those became popular options over time as well.
Normal Raids and High-Level roulette were always poor EXP and it stems from the fact they contain what was once endgame, max-level content, and even patch quests don't give much EXP. They fully intend all the EXP gain to come from the content and quests leading up to that expansion's level cap. It just confuses new players a lot because they aren't level caps anymore.
There isn't much point in doing roulette at all without the daily bonus, unless you going with a friend or want to randomize things.
