I haven't been in a PT outside of organized LS or behest / guildleve PTs.

Have they fixed the "You're too far away from the PT leader" = not able to claim mob / no sp issue yet?

If they haven't that features is ridiculous! I'm all for grouping, either seeking PT or seeking members, however while the PT is being build I (as a joining PT member) want to "do my own thing" until the PT is ready to go.

As far a seeking PT. We should have options to seek on multiple jobs. Just the same as a PT leader can request open enrollment of multiple jobs.

Just put a box next to each job you want to seem, put a check mark in the boxes you want to seek on. THen a PT leader can do a /sea all "X" job. If you happen to be wanting to SP Gladiator but are currently playing Conjurer that PT leader can send you a tell.

Keep the current PT finder, but add a "by invite only" option for PT leaders (do they have this? it's been a long time since i've used to recruiting function). If you're PT is by invite only make it searchable still, that way you can send a /tell to the leader and say "hey I'm a R42 Glad, can I join" and then it's to the PT leaders discretion, if they want/need that player to join.
