I sincerely hope they contacted you guys. Maybe consider putting in a report either ingame or on the technical support forum.

Oyr FC went on a week of getting everyone to that were interested up to floor 50 in POTD ( 4 nights of getting people through) and ddos / massive lag and disconnects galore, but we never all got wiped out at the same time, but it were every night. Every night, and the entire length of the runs. I don't come to the forums to complain much, i voiced concern and provided photographic evidence of issues with Dawntrail and various consultancy concerns (actual calls for terroristic threats, actual Marxist propaganda) and I actuall read SE's new approach for the entire company is to get rid of outside influence and they are no longer proudly boasting of that particular group's affiliation. Not saying MY posts helped in that regard, but it is and was obviously a large enough issue that they made a business statement about it.

But if that caused enough of a stir for them to change up the company, maybe enough complaints about connectivity issues will spur some repsonses.

Today like everyday i go in my SAFE garden, I love play in my garden, but I saw a bear, then better hide, till it pass, next day, i go again, the bear isn't here so i'm enjoying a bit, but OH 20min later the bear came back, then i go hide in my house hoping it wont be to long, 'cause i miss my garden, next day, our mayor FINALLY tell us there is a bear in the town, my god, i hope everyone is ok, and nobody get hurt, let's hope they'll do something fast.... 1week later, still the bear here, no news from the mayor, but i really wanna play in my garden, even if it's for 10minutes, i still can go hide in my house if it's not safe...

I think it's more accurate than just saying "we warned you, but you didn't listened"

You never had any hope on this, just saying. I tried to write a ticket not even to ask for anything but just to complain in general <<edit: about the constant server drops for that 2-week period, and to ask IF there would be compensation, not to demand it but just to find out info>>, and their reply was literally to start quoting the ToS defensively and aggressively
