It pops at all five camps simultaneously, and one or two of them will randomly spawn mobs. This thread has been like like 3 other times. Try looking for the answer before you ask to have it handed to you.

That's just it, both times I found it, it didn't spawn anything, the second time I got to Blue Fog at about the same time it spawned, I stayed until it despawned, again, it didn't spawn anything, and there was no one else at the camp. All it did was make the Aetherite glow like a bonfire.

Combine with these 2 posts, that's your answer... something to add: it don't pop at all 5 camps, I see mostly pop 3 camps at same time. at 18:00, undead will pop can be pop at 2 camps at same time too...
...and there are indeed lots people started new thread and asked the same question and forum answered it. Just got washed away by the old posts... so both sides... chill
