Hall of Novice bug

Steps: See report 29069334 for initial bug report
1. Entered Hall of Novice as Arcanist.
2. Completed all quests.
3. Received all gear.
4. After getting to Marauder to level 15, I re-entered Hall of Novice.
5. Completed all quests (or so I thought).
6. Did NOT receive all gear.
7. Could not repeat the quest for the hands piece (or any piece) because I had completed all Tank quests.
8. Submitted bug report re: not receiving the Brand-new Gauntlets.
9. After looking into things, I was told "working as intended."
10. Created a new character to see if I could repeat the issue.
11. After leveling both arcanist and marauder to 15, I went to Aleport to the Hall of Novice.
12. Completed all the healer quests.
13. Received all the gear.
14. Switched to marauder.
15. Clicked to enter as tank.
16. Noticed it was starting with Tank Exercise 2: Execute a Combo to Increase Enmity, not Tank Exercise 1: Avoid Area of Effects Attacks (which drops the Brand-new Gauntlets).
17. Checked the "Display All Exercises"
18. It had Exercise 1: Avoid Area of Effects Attacks marked as completed on tank, but I had not done it on tank yet. I had only done it on arcanist.
19. Because I did NOT check which quest it started for Lunara Rose, she did not get the Brand-new Gauntlets.
20. Because you CANNOT repeat the quest AFTER you've done all of the tank quests, I cannot go back and get the Brand-new Gauntlets.
21. Therefore, Lunara Rose does not have her Brand-new Gauntlets.
22. And this is called "working as intended"?

I know it seems really minor, but I really want those gauntlets for her tank glam.
Do not put a piece of gear behind something that is flagged as being done when, in fact, it hasn't been done. Neither she, nor Book Mark (the alt) did that quest, yet it is flagged as being done and unless you know to look for the tiny text that says "Display All Exercises" you aren't going to know what happened. I only found that button just prior to submitting a bug report. It's not easy to see, and I play on a 55-inch TV.

So please, send Lunara Rose her Brand-new Gauntlets or simply mark her quest log as not completed and I'll do them again. This is absurd. Also, you really ought to fix that so that the hands piece comes on a stage that isn't pre-loaded as done even if you haven't done it on that role.

Having spent time obtaining the level 15 gear on all job types (magic, physical, tank) for a single character, I can help. On the Training screen, select "Display all exercises" and then pick the ones with gear you don't have.

Also do the Tactical ones at level 40 for another XP booster ring that's good to level 60.

Having spent time obtaining the level 15 gear on all job types (magic, physical, tank) for a single character, I can help. On the Training screen, select "Display all exercises" and then pick the ones with gear you don't have.

You can't after you complete the role quest at that level. That's the whole problem. I'd happily do it again, it take two minutes. But once you complete the role, it's locked. I'm not sure if it unlocks at 40. At this point, it's the fact that it starts you with the 2nd quest, flags the 1st as being done, and you lose out on the hands gear unless you know that this is an issue. Which I didn't because I never did it on my main.
