suggestion: add a tutorial to PVP

Before anyone complains i have had some people refuse to LB in cc and frontline despite having the bar full. THere isn't a tutorial or even a way to que to practice pvp besides wolves den or customs. If they added a system for when you first try to que into pvp it teaches you the basics of pvp for cc/frontline. Objectives, recupirate, purify and more. Even a section on how to limit break in pvp

A proper tutorial á la Hall of Novice (call it "Hall of Pups" since it's the "Wolves' Den") would go a long way to teach newcomers the basics, yeah. Would teach you the premises of Limit Break, Recuperate, Purify and Guard and could introduce maybe basic tutorials for each job.

You got my support for this one.

They really should. Would alleviate some of the issues with people not knowing how to use recuperate/lb etc. Just the basics is fine.

I mean no offense to those who are new to pvp. Just think a tutorial would be nice. Kind of like how other games do it for pvp. Tutorial that you can do anytime jsut to refresh and even a section for LB

Supporting this idea. It can be overwhelming for a player completely new to PvP to be thrown into a Frontline/CC match without much context. Some basics about map characteristics (speed boost pads, the CC crystal, Onsal's Ovoos, etc.) would be good as advanced lessons if they want to go that far.

It could have its use for CC, but let's be honest, it will useless for Frontlines. The real problem is that most players can't read the maps depending of the current score, and just rush to the closest fight without thinking. At best they can focus the first one, even when you're just offering the game to the third team by doing that. You can do all the effort you want, a tutorial cannot teach to make situational decisions based on the current state of the fight.

    But why not.

You'll be surprised how many people i see in frontline who don't know how to recuperate, purify, guard or use shield.

There are hoards of people in every frontline game who have no idea about role actions. Look at all those dervish machinists and haelean healers. Like ...there are some people who use these things knowingly (strange but fine), but they represent like 1% of the overall playerbase.
Role actions have been introduced fairly quietly and not many people still know how to use them... it's so bad.

I am not even talking about using line of sight, or anything map related.

We have literally been asking about any tutorial for years...

...which tend to either be horribly out of date, "not good" and/or "not integrated directly into the game".

A basic introduction to PvP similar to how Hall of Novice does it is not the same as "guides online".
