    unable to run installer

    i am attempting to isntall ffxiv on my new laptop and i am unable to run ffxivsetup application i Recieve an error
    "An error has occured. (-80)"
    I have killed all background processes and done a clean boot and even ran as administrator. I am able to run ffxivsetup_ft and install with no problems and uninstall that version with no issues
    <attempted this after it would not properly install to begin with>

    following up the mod response from there


    i cant install the game to get a launcher to pull the system information from it
    Platform is Windows standalone 2 different wireless connections used
    Was a fresh install PC so just basic windows 11 updates
    all other programs closed out firewall and virus scan software disabled

    Please provide the following information:
    Platform: Standalone Windows or Steam?
    Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    Were any update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash?

    Also, please provide a system report. Please go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
