Please add Battle Speech/Portrait Bubble to HUD Layout!

I'm sure many people will disagree with this sentiment, but I like having my hotbars at the top of my screen. It works best for me, but the speech/portrait bubble thing that appears during some battles will overlap with it pretty badly, so I can't get the exact layout I would like. I would love if the devs would add an option to move this part of the UI through the HUD Layout menu!

Why would anyone disagree? You're not asking for them to move the speech bubbles, just to add the option for you to move them. I say yeah, they should add this. More options for UI customization is always welcomed.

I meant that people disagree about having hotbars on the top of the screen! It's been very polarizing when I talk to people about it in-game, lol. I should've worded that better.

just a guess but I imagine its because the Target bar is at the top, and its easier to see the actions of the boss and seeing the next step in your combo. I do a similar thing, except I bring the boss bar down to the bottom of the screen next to my cross bar so I can see the boss's cast bar while i'm checking my skills.

I don't know, it just works for me up there. I get distracted by it when it's at the bottom, and I'm just used to it at the top. I get that it doesn't make sense to a lot of people but it works for me lol

I just want to make it smaller. If you play on lower resolution screens or settings, the chat bubble is gigantic, and it's also awkwardly positioned for me, too.

There has definitely been additions in the game that aren't accessible and therefore configurable in the HUD settings, like those new red annoying messages in DT duties ("the boss is about to do something"), that end up right on top of certain UI elements for me, or some other things notably in Frontlines as well. They tend to go over my HP bar under my nameplate for instance, but that's not the only thing.
