Since the Shadowbringers unlocks are a little different, here's how it works:

The ShB sets need drops from the Memory Misera (EX) fight you get once you finish the opening section of Bozja's story. You do a solo instance version of the boss and it gets the Minstral treatment via the Wandering Dramaturge that hangs around the camp you enter from the Doman Enclave, unlocking the 8-player version. It's very easy with a few capped players unsync'd, but it requires at least three people. It has 2 of the same ATE's as the Susano sword at the same time, so you'd need two hold those down with a third actually getting the damage in. We did it with five players are did about 15 fights for everyone to get what they wanted. Took less than an hour. The totems are exchanged with one of the three Rowena merchants set up at the entrance of Revenant's Toll for specific pieces. Otherwise you can open the chests while on the job you want to unlock the relevant items, too.

I don't think you would be able to solo for a good while.

As for attempting to do Memory Misera (EX) solo as tank (WAR). The one thing that prevents you from doing it solo so far is likely the Active Time Maneuver (Went to do it solo blind unsynced so don't know how the rest of the fight beyond that point goes)

While I haven't checked if not interacting with it and using invul prevents you taking damage from it. (I imagine it still ignoring it)
