Why is blue crafting and land gear always misused by the developers?

All of the gear has a unique look, but you can't just glamour every single one (except the tools) onto the superior green crafted gear. Basically if I want my blacksmith to have the unique blue gear look that it will only have that and nothing else because it will override my other crafter jobs.

I think its a odd waste of developer resources for years, and it sucks I can't have my other crafter and land jobs have their unique looks because I can only pick one.


Also blue gear is useless, everyone will always go for the High Quality green gear, its the path of least resistance and yet they keep throwing away time and resources on it.
