I had previously made a post about my frustrations transferring to Sargatanas after waiting since April to be move. I contacted customer support recently and they have advised that Community Representatives will forward my request to the relevant department. I just wanted to confirm this would be the case? As previously mentioned, I have spent months paying for my monthly subscription patiently waiting to join my friends on Sargatanas so I can play with them and joint their free company and it has been disappointing not to be able to join them after waiting for so long. If you could help, I would be very much appreciative. Thank you
