KB only with random mouse to panic target someone (because Tab fails so badly sometimes), or hit my Choco button.

You guys are discussing this far too much
It's always a matter of prefference in the end, stop this silly discussion!
No you are not. 3 tabs is about as long as it would take you to point your mouse lol. And thats assuming you dont misclick.Except when you compare two devices or two input methods. Sure you compare them for yourself, but you know, many people can do either one just as well as the other and then it comes down to which one is better on its own merits, not what Player A said he prefers on a forum. 3 Quick Tabs? By that time i'm already casting.
What are you on about? Most of us aren't still running an old ball mouse with an extremely low DPI.
I could point my mouse in about half a second assuming the sensitivity was calibrated correctly and the DPI was at an acceptable level.
Let's not forget that a misclick can be easily rectified by pressing either thumb button depending whether you're one behind or ahead. (It still happens rarely, about as often as tapping tab an extra time)

And youre saying you cant hit tab 3 times about as fast? What are you on about? Most of us aren't still running an old ball mouse with an extremely low DPI.

Yes, that is what they are implying...we the generation that grew up with console controllers, joysticks, duck hunt guns etc in our hands, can't tab as quickly as one can move a mouse.
BTW: IN RL i've had to have both 'clicker fingers' tested (was in a car accident, have injuries long story). My ability to click is that fast, it is literally off the charts...turns out growing up playing NES and taking piano lessons for years might have done something...
That said, once again, this is a PREFERENCE thing. You know what effects your skill in this game the most? You ability to quickly see, interpret, predict and respond to the situation. Your brain screws you up (or helps you) WAAAAAAYYYYY more than your KB,KB+Mouse or Controller does.
>_> I didn't want to believe it to be true...
Right? Gamers grew up on consoles, controllers, and hitting buttons at godlike speeds. I dont know where this idea that its slow is coming from. Clearly we've forgotten about arcades, fight sticks, long complicated button inputs, etc etc. Smh.BTW: IN RL i've had to have both 'clicker fingers' tested (was in a car accident, have injuries long story). But amen!
Well yes, it is preference. But making the assumption that you can't click very fast is a bit silly. Especially with the amount of gaming mice, and pro gamers.
And I was also in the generation that played games as a kid. I had my Amiga and Atari, and I used both my joystick and mouse often.
It cannot possibly be more prone to error than a mouse surely. Clearly you are just better with a mouse. This isnt even taking into account when mobs are clusterfucked together to the point that clicking the right one has a low probability rate. And its not so much typing as it is digit dexterity. The finger you tab with is probably just slow, because its not trained to be fast. I'm a fast typer but im a slow tabber. Yet if I use my controller (which uses dpad targetting) I'm much faster because my thumbs have been trained to be quick movers (console games say hi).
EDIT: And I never made that assumption. I was merely correcting the exaggeration that somehow the OP would be midcast by the time someone tabbed 3 times.
