Respect is earned, not given... if a DPS/Healer running over to tag a pack ahead of you is where you draw your line of usefulness being removed as a tank, quit tanking. Between making damage negligible with good defense cycling, doing decent AOE burst every minute or so and optimizing the pacing and position of mob packs, you have a LOT of room to earn respect and feel good about it.

I "love" when they do it. I literally give them mitigation to cover any autos they're taking for it and then just grab the mobs of them. It's literally just using your full party to pull things faster rather than just the tank doing it.

I get to use more of my kit (ally mitigation), they get to share my role a bit (pulling), everyone gets through it a bit faster and we feel good about a group activity. Literally everyone that doesn't have an attitude and a stick in their behind about this just wins.
