I don't see "players who actively hate playing PvP but feel obliged to do so anyway because of timegated cosmetic rewards" in that list.

Im inclined to just put them in the "tolerating it" group. Clearly they aren't hating it enough that the rewards will actually keep them reeled rather than cutting their losses.
